TSA doesn’t do complicated. We offer only three different portfolios to clients:
- Relative (or institutional long-only equities):
- Objective – benchmark + 1.18%.
- Benchmark – S&P Global 100.
- Universe – stocks and derivatives of the benchmark components, and cash (minimal).
- Fees – 0.18%.
- Alpha (market-neutral):
- Objective – 1.3%.
- Benchmark – S&P Global 100.
- Universe – stocks and derivatives of the benchmark components and related indices, and cash (minimal).
- Fees – 0.30% and 10% of profit.
- Absolute (tactical asset allocation and active stock selection):
- Objective – inflation+1.5%.
- Benchmark for inflation – Australian Consumer Price Index.
- Universe – stocks and derivatives of S&P500, S&P Global 100 and DAX components and related indices, together with cash (up to 100%).
- Fees – 1.00% and 20% of profit.
If none of the above portfolios suit you, TSA is happy to discuss alternatives as the technology will let us put on overlays. Environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) overlays will require the client to make the decision as to which stocks from the benchmark and universe cannot be included in the bespoke portfolio.
